Flat rate OT pay. According to MOM website OT for workman should be 1.5 times their hourly pay rate but this company only pays a flat rate which is sometimes lower then our basic salary. You can only wonder how are we not considered workman when we spend 80% of the time inside the cleanroom doing manual labour on the machines.
