It's a great place to start your career journey. It has all the systems for assisting your work - working tools, database, and IT infrastructure. Very clear structure that you can work independently and flexibly.
Because of its flexibility and independence, someone might take advantage of it by not working hard enough or not being on time. It may cause toxicity to other people in the same department. It's an exceptionally great place to work for a disciplined person.

NO MACBOOK for Software Engineers. The perks are far lesser than other software and cloud companies.
