This company tend to hire unskilled, imcompotent management, most of the management does not understand leadership, instead, they push and control stuff to do what they want them to do.
Always being the POSSIBLE to students and staffs in any situations.
Unable to see the cons as pros is very high.
Senior executive
I’m grateful to be part of a team where everyone supports each other. It’s motivating to work with such a collaborative group, and I believe this strong teamwork is key to overcoming challenges and achieving success together. Let’s continue building on this supportive environment to reach even greater goals.
I’ve noticed that the career progression and salary increments seem to be moving at a slower pace than expected. I believe there may be opportunities to improve the overall growth trajectory, both in terms of skill development and advancement within the company. It would be helpful to explore ways to enhance career progression and ensure more consistent increments moving forward

Hrm
i think it is a very good job
the university is too big the college and uni difference is too much
Marketing and communications
they don't really provide you with works opportunity after
a good education system for internationals
High turnover, so less work pressure for those choosing to stay, as management less tendency to impose overly high expectation.
Lacks people (employee) orientation.
Executive
Good teamwork and leadership which motivates employees
Have a high turnover of staffs
Very exciting work environment and you never know when you will get stabbed from the back.
- Great chance to meet new people. Staff turnover is very high. -They go for endless meetings with zero outcomes. Processes and meetings are not translated into numbers and quality. - Staff will be asked to give fresh ideas only to be told that all those ideas are worthless and that the top management ideas are better and must be carried out immediately, no questions asked or else.... Then a few moments later your initial ideas have been re-branded and it becomes "their idea". Cetak rompak number 1. Then they change their direction before ideas can be properly carried out. Very short term views. - facilities is very bad. - takes in a lot of unqualified students that do not meet the minimum educational requirements... as long as they can pay, can get degrees. - parking is the worst. - lifts breakdown almost every month. - Disregard for Occupational and Safety Health. Move staff and conduct classes for students in building that is still under renovation. - top management only care for money. - Favourite staffs are those who are willing to create magic files for MQA and also those who have side projects with students to create fake good review for the college online. -top management and hr will throw you under the bus, if it will save their own skin - No recognition or appreciation for staff, turnover is very high.
