I need a change. Salary low Needs to be more professional

Lecture given too many subjects to teach

office politics and management decision

Shortage of manpower, workload is high depending on the department you are placed in, lecturers are also responsible for student numbers

Multi tasking and too little time for preparation of the subjects

Not good for future development

My experience was absolutely satisfactory

Sometimes the job can be very stressful

The management do not know what they are actually prioritising.. They seem to be in their own lost world and expect employees to be tagging along with them

Just and institution with bad management, bad environment, bad colleagues and bad system
