Faculties are more to self bounded, less inter-faculty cooperation. Each faculty struggle to keep their own number, does not think of overall performance as One SEGI Uni.

Provide learning curve for fresh graduates.
There is a room of improvement in working space.
Initially there was flexibility. The workload is just nice.
Suddenly the management starts to micromanage. No increments, no bonus, no career progression. Better place for retirement only.
