Sales executive
Excellent commission structure, company car benefits.
Working on weekends, bad work-life balance.
Manager
good environment i like it alot, good benifits and rewards and pay
working time not so flexible and leave
Brand manager
Strong benefits. Good work life balance because you can get away with clocking in the basic work hours. No requirement to push for performance.
Nepotism. Need to play the game. Performers will be disappointed for their efforts to excel while the players, most are ineffective and lazy, go places by scratching the right people. Not much room for corporate climbing if you are not willing to play the game.

The normal staff - non commercial
- Management are stuck in old ways, they don't welcome change - Personal agendas, no real support - No team days, or social clubs because it's "against company policy" - Favoritism for "yes people" - Treat staff differently, some are allowed to WFH and others are absolutely not allowed. - Wrong staff in management role with no experience in job field - No transprency - "Need to know" hierarchy - Benefits will be taken away from you after starting employment - Bonus structure not followed through on - it is a LOYALTY bonus not performance. - Very big disconnect with staff and management - Micromanagement from direct manager - High turnover of staff, 6 in 5 months. - No career growth direction/real action - Pay is average compared to other companies
Administrative
Nice colleague and team .
Manual and slow process management
