The management is horrible and they truly do not know how to manage the people under them.

Very fluffy culture. Leaders who are mostly checked out. So many people involved in everything - trying to make up work and adding no value. Confusing leadership layers - leaders do not understand their own business lines. Global teams and executive leadership are completely out of touch with regions and don't actually understand services so they create chaos, confusion and disruption within the regions. The organization as a whole seems to not understand its identity or purpose - they really want to just sell software licenses. Company cares more about DEI than they do about the mission. Policies are confusing - the centralized "Global" structure - is completely out of touch with the regions. The executive leadership of services doesn't take accountability for anything, rather they just sit in an ivory tower and criticize, blame everyone else for their own lack of understanding. Processes are broken everywhere and most of the senior leaders have seem to have gotten their positions not based on merit or capability, but rather on the fact that they used to work for a tech company or consulting company.

-terrible CRM functionality (OneWorkPlace) during my time of employment -difficult work-life balance (oftentimes emailed and messaged outside working hours and was expected to reply during off time) (my mental health dramatically improved when Teams was not longer constantly ringing on my phone - even through the weekend) -very high expectations and pressure without clear directive which led to effects on my health -massive team layoffs

Culture slowly declining, inconsistent communication, constant re structure of the organization.

En SoftwareOne las cargas laborales son absurdas. Se espera disponibilidad constante, incluso fuera del horario laboral, sin ningún tipo de compensación. Hay falta de organización, mala planificación y una cultura donde el exceso de trabajo está normalizado. La presión es alta, el apoyo del liderazgo es mínimo y el reconocimiento prácticamente inexistente. Muchas decisiones se toman sin considerar las cargas laborales lo que genera desgaste y frustración. El balance vida–trabajo es muy pobre y el crecimiento profesional es limitado. No lo recomiendo a quienes buscan un ambiente saludable, estabilidad o respeto por su tiempo.

No raise of salary,no possibilities for growing professional,no well being,no fairness,they don't appreciate you if you work more.

There has been a noticeable shift in company culture driven by changes in senior leadership, along with the departure of experienced colleagues, who have been gradually replaced as part of frequent changes to organisation structure.

They say its an 9 hours shift but you need to work 11 to 12 hours to complete the daily tasks with quality, yes they want 100 % quality and this is checked at back end every month for every employee.

A robot could do the job. Not a lot of smart people there and the smartest people they had are leaving or have been pushed out by the constant identity crisis the company is going through to be positioned to sell.

Need to focus on training/on-boarding new staff. Too many systems to do your work. Busy work is ridiculous. If you hire someone & tell them they are in sales, let them sell. Get rid of all the processes that are wasting everyone's time. There's more mess to discuss, but it is late & I need to go to bed...

There has been continual upheaval and change to operating methodologies in the past 5 years with no stability in sight. Doesn't feel as secure of employment as it once did. Pay is mediocre, benefits are average.

I have none. Everything with interview process was success, transparent and full of empathy in my opinion.

- Several experienced employees feel the culture is slowly degrading over time. - Promotion cycles are too long (2.5–3 years), which impacts motivation and career progression. - Bonus percentage and structure need to be redefined, especially for non-direct business functions.
