Horrible management! Worst possible choices made around who should be managers. Terrible company culture and team environment created because of this. Cannot stress enough how bad this company is for mental health.

Fast paced company, might be overwhelming at times and during closing

Alot of work and preassure and high expectations to perform since they are getting funding from cloud service providers to do assessment and migrate servers.

No job security even if you perform well

it is in stock exchange market which can affect many people if the revenues didnt reach the expectations

As you go up the chain, it’s so much of favouritism. Glad the former peoples officer was let go which was critical as that was the epitome of toxicity.

Not sure where to start but would say management need to work on themselves as instead of giving fair chance to every employee to grow in their career path but the employees who acts like puppet without having any leadership qualities been offered position of a leader. Great saying is when you start promoting the wrong people you start losing your best people but here mgmt don’t bother on this at all

A company which is only good at firing working moms and to whom they have personal grudges and person who is taking stand for him or herself.. they don't need hardworking employees they only need employees who listen to them n can't take stand for themselves and specially.. the worst higher management who only want to rule their employees as per their requirement

However, approximately a year before my departure, a new India head and team leader were appointed, which drastically changed the dynamic. Regrettably, their behavior was characterized by pettiness, rudeness, and incompetence, which disrupted team cohesion and fostered a negative work environment. Attempts to address these issues with higher leadership were met with further hostility and frustration from the India head. The last year of my tenure became intolerable due to these circumstances, overshadowing the otherwise enjoyable aspects of my time at the company. Team leader asking the other team members to fudge the data to target someone, asking a woman employee to stop working if she couldn't handle a miscarriage are very small examples of the toxic work environment that 2 so called leaders created.

Strong leadership is SPARSE, and mainly only based in EMEA. Terrible compensation (salary, benefits, bonus), as well as poorly managed financials. Constantly moving the needle, changing key metrics to work towards, and zero investment to actually grow. Lack of understanding of how to run services side of business - terrible sales structure and no support for management. The company seems to care more about their outward appearance on socials and spending money on trips rather than investing in growing as a business. They make it impossible to succeed with insane cost rates, a terrible financial model, and no support.

Some internal processes can be complex due to global structures, which may slow decision-making. As with any fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly, requiring adaptability. Would be great if office was closer to nice eats :)

Low appraisal and less addon compensations

They are trying to make India Technology Centre for which they appointment line manager within every team and the kine managers do no hold any experience 9f managing people and because of that they have made the Gurgaon office ITS culture so toxic that people are leaving or finding new jobs. If you tell this point to ITS head he will not listen because then he will have to find new people who fits better into the role. This company was so good before July 2024.

senior leaders grew up in the company so don't have the possibility to see beyond their own mind limitations
