A lot of bottle neck processes

*Strict Hierarchy is now a fact, (SAP style) *Quotabased comp plan demotivating for sales *Overbudgeting/target setting 25-35 % higher than recent years takes its toll that many senior sales people leave the company. *Changes communicated does not have time to be implemented nor adopted before they change again. *What used to be SW1 culture is not lived by in practice anymore, feels like company is pretending. *Company nowadays just look at their individual scorecards and KPIs, pipeline and above all Shareprice. They do not listen to employees and customers anymore to the extent they used to. *Structural and organsational change is Constant creating confusion and insecurity in expectations from employees and customers.

I dont see any cons in my particular department, the only barrier is the package that they offer.

The company is going down after this re org. Constant change no stability. Stay away

At the time when I was working there there was a strange move from managment to get rid some of the ppl. in very bad manned - Instead of just not prolonging their contracts their names were put on slide on town hall in from of 120 ppl

Lacking a proper onboarding - company with 9k employees, this should be as proper as the 5 round job interviews. Lack of honesty within the job interview is disappointing

Support with lead generation would be helpful

They have massive knee jerk reactions to issues 5. Just about everything is manual 6. Services are a bit of joke with high people reliance which increases risk 7. Significant churn 8. Salaries are generally poor and poor benefits though some regions are ok 9. Very poor career prospects for progression impacted by 1. above

Poor management, upper and direct, never heard of leadership Direct manager led team by fear, blaming, arrogance, covering his own butt Some coworkers are back stabbing, mock you, play office politics Poor English reading and writing skills despite international nature of company, including direct manager and coworkers Poor benefits Poor salary Hard to take time off and balance your day Upper management does not understand how newest technology works Useless feedback, direct manager delivers by insulting, not constructive No training, company has 500 million profits but will not spend a single pound on your training, you have to pay yourself some people should have been fired and not in management positions, but since everyone is best buddies they will cover themselves Use this job and company as short term stepping stone, so not stay long term No career growth, you will be stuck in the same position for years

No growth even if how many successful project you deliver and how much you know

If you are LGBT+, this is not a safe company for you! Do not believe the rainbow capitalism, it is filled with homophobic employees (including leadership). There are so many better places in tech with real DEI initiatives where you can be your authentic self.

Should increase more presence in APAC region.

Limited career growth: unclear paths for advancement, even when taking on more responsibility. Compensation feels below market. No raises despite strong contributions; rewards not tied to individual impact.
