Bosses are approachable. Benefits are basic but can be better. Some good folks to work with.
Sometimes lack of direction & ownership from bosses. Over promising to customer happens.
Family-like culture, team atmosphere, fun scheduled activities all the time, good pay.
There is a lot to learn coming into the company without prior knowledge but colleagues are very willing to help you learn.
