Office politics, people are just too free to indulge into such things . Especially you will see HR and Legal people seem to be too free.

Salary increase, upper management (CXX),

leadership is distant and arrogant, sales tools are non existing, very poor marketing, pay plan is not good, hard to understand and to track, difficult to get technical sales help for projects (constant turnover), adding solutions to sell without being able to deliver, training is terrible especially for inside people, outsourcing to other countries is failing miserably

- difficult to engage HR - core values look great on paper but to paraphrase one of our leaders "we are not family, it's still a business"
