En SoftwareOne las cargas laborales son absurdas. Se espera disponibilidad constante, incluso fuera del horario laboral, sin ningún tipo de compensación. Hay falta de organización, mala planificación y una cultura donde el exceso de trabajo está normalizado. La presión es alta, el apoyo del liderazgo es mínimo y el reconocimiento prácticamente inexistente. Muchas decisiones se toman sin considerar las cargas laborales lo que genera desgaste y frustración. El balance vida–trabajo es muy pobre y el crecimiento profesional es limitado. No lo recomiendo a quienes buscan un ambiente saludable, estabilidad o respeto por su tiempo.
