When I first started at SoftwareONE 3 and a half years ago, you can tell this global company was starting to make it big in North America (not top region in the company, Europe was). The fun and relaxed culture was super inviting and their 7 Core Values were truly honored on all levels of the business. Your coworkers became some of your favorite people, the benefits, were unparalleled, you enjoyed the company outings and Partner-Sponsored events and luncheons.
In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic, the company went into sales over drive. It did not become what was best for the customers but what was best for the business and how can we sell and be better than out competitors. Of course any business should strive for changes that profit the company, but not at the expense of your key employees AND key customers. High turnover, overloading work, and constant changes to the job role, lack of proper base compensation, lack of proper training for new hires, and lack of solid leadership deteriorated the reputation of the company and the founder's 7 Core Values.

The country leadership and GSDC working model is strange and outdated. Countries are not willing to use GSDC and wants to retain work near shore. RSDC and XDC are operating in parallel causing even more confusion about the delivery model. Is the leadership listening and bringing any change? The answer is NO whilst every year they announce mega transformation roadmaps.
Team leader
Culture is great, amount of work is fine but this often drives attrition
Always changing, services or teams work in silos, everyone works with different tools, processes and performance metrics
Sales
Great people with good capability. Management ok
benefits are poor and there is no real direction

No Cons as per me.

Colleagues are great to work with. My immediate manager gives me the opportunity to grow and does not micromanage.
Some managers are very oriented to sales folks only. If you are not in sales, you are treated as "2nd class" employees.
