Terrible GM to work for. Not recommended.
Flexible enough for most people
Quite traditional and low salary package

No direction and no career advancement
Easy access to public transport
Bad traffic around the office
fast pace environment, lots of experience handling many task under general newsdesk, six months probation to other news type (weather log, court story, crime story, subeditorial, Other News and Views compilation, compulsory night shift, investigative journalism
impersonal, elitism, race quota, management-bias NUJ president, forcing people to a role they don't want or risk being terminated, long stretch of working days (some doesn't have off days more than a week), unfriendly, unstable, and hostile environment to married people and those who has kids.
