- toxic people - not clear system of promoting people (-career changes only happen when it is convenient for the company) - extremely political (more than other corporations) - questionable strategical choices, constant change of directions without explanation - most positions are very hands-on - unclear processes - high management talks about being very open and close to managers while in reality we are not allow to contact them and share ideas -team members without leader skills -poor development programs - very vertical structure - killing working hours and extreme lack of balance between people work loads (some of the employee do nothing and the other ones work on weekend) - unclear salary rules, quite often title/responsibility changes without monetary retribution - no development plan for employees - not diverse at all, no many female leaders

No training company VP's and senior mangers have no idea what goes on in store. Provide no support. Will not promote you. the company will hire externally rather than training its own people. there are multiple assistant managers there for over 7 years and they won't even give them an interview. sad company.

Generally: Hawkish and fearing team office culture. Very basic market pay-rate Sorry but excessive workloads with "huge expectation standards" HR/management hawkish behaviour to lower/mid levels 'Look-after their own' and a very weak want to be socialite pretentious style culture
