Part time hours can be limited during non peak seasons, working holidays, etc. Store associates may not work with a large team, so you might be on the floor by yourself.

I got paid the same even though I got more responsibilities later on

could pay a little more and be more organized as a company in total

Management poor, very strict on uniform and appearances. If store is quiet there is not much useful to do, could definitely get boring polishing the displays over and over again.

HR Department is ineffective, could use a better system.
