Flexible time, homeoffice, nice location, yearly bonus, company phone.
Well, unless you’re personal friend with the upper management, or you like to talk a lot around looking like you do everything or being the classic opportunist you can forgive to be recognized and promoted. In many years I’ve seen the worst being promoted simply because personally we’ll connected with the top management. Unskilled people running whole departments and doing big damage. Huge salary gap if you come from abroad… they’ll heavily underpay you if you don’t come from Switzerland.
Brand ambassador
Great environment to work in. The work culture is very positive with friendly co-workers and manager.
For the amount of work and dedication that they expect, the salary or salary raises that they give are not great
Sales associate
Get to work with amazing co workers! Product was fun to work with, clients were also really good!
Pay was low and no commission
Sales

No pros at all !
Toxic No commission Lying about bonuses No advancement
Keyholder
The company has a lot of job opportunities and a lot of training.
Bonuses are hard to hit in outlet stores compared to full price stores which have low targets.
Retail sales associate
good people that work not on manager's position
bad management and poor communication from their side
Project coordinator
motivating environment and managers would help you grow
typically New York elitism amongst colleagues
Sales consultant

The current state of upper management at Swarovski in London is not a place to be at the moment. Unnecessary rules in place in each store. Especially working in the Oxford Street flagship store, management is more out there to discipline you over helping, so good luck working comfortably there. Any small issue that can come up will lead to a full blown investigation and recorded meeting which is out of order and you’re almost treated as a criminal in these meetings.
luxury retail nice bonus respectful environment nice jewellery
boring no career progression management can be difficult
