Bad bonus, average pay, politics everywhere. Seems like the company is hiring/promoting bad managers. Even the HRBP is pro-managers and doesn't look after the wellbeing of the employees. Out of touch managers who only listens to the top management and not to the team members. Seen/heard this from multiple teams..
