Modern environment, different cultures working together, fun after hours activities, some managers are approachable and easy to talk to
1. No proper training and handover of documentations 2. No repository documentation/knowledge based system for newcomers 3. My team had insufficient staff (during my tenure) with only 1 person managing Malaysian banks 4. Some teams are not helpful 5. Employee benefits not so competitive

Some people are perverts 8. They always order not nice food (spicy or with curry) what if people dot eat it? 9. Salary can be a bit higher other companies paying better 10. A lot of tools look like from 90s. 11. People talking behind your back or doing even some perverting stuff (Indians especially)

Incompetent leaders, lost of direction

The company offers competitive compensation. The office is situated in an amazing location with a beautiful, well-maintained environment. The facilities are top-notch, including a pool, tennis courts, and a park, with the added charm of wildlife on the grounds. The staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The benefits package is comprehensive, covering healthcare, dental, and more. It truly feels like a golden cage."
Unfortunately, the company suffers from very toxic and poor management, which fosters a demoralizing atmosphere. Management tends to focus solely on criticism without offering guidance or support to help you overcome your weaknesses. They are not open to feedback and maintain a ‘pointing fingers’ mentality, showing little interest in improving their leadership style. There is no expectation for your growth or learning; instead, they assume you should already possess all the necessary skills and apply them immediately. While the steep learning curve can be seen as a positive aspect—since you will undoubtedly learn a lot—the majority of the knowledge is highly specific to the company. Additionally, HR lacks objectivity and contributes to the negative environment, leaving employees without a reliable resource to turn to if issues arise.
Good place to learn the industry - they are literally in the center of the financial services industry and you have huge opportunities to get great exposure.
Competition from new Silicon Valley type companies is creeping into their comfort zone.
flat organization with limited growth opportunities. No commissions on sales limits earning potential.
