If you have never worked before in the IT sector the salary might sound great.
Nothing comes to mind that I can recommend here. 1. Too many buzz words at the time of hiring specifically to get young people to sign up, they will use all the technology buzzwords to get you to sign up but when you join you will work with outdated systems, outdated people to micromanaging you day in day day out, the chapter leads are systematically installed to bully you. They should be called bullying leads. 2. 90% of your time will be spend on calls, you will be indirectly forced to worked the weekends to deliver work. On calls get ready to be shut down. 3. The whole environment is very toxic, the chapter leads make it toxic. 4. Learning doesn't exist here, you will learn things that were relevant when swift was incorporated. 5. Don't join, if the banks weren't from the last century this place will be closed years ago. Every young person that joined here left within six months, the management will make your life miserable.
