not much to say about

- Very European focused, most managers in EU don't understand the US management styles and the dynamics of the USA job market - Lack of diversity in its US IT staff, majority of the staff are from South Asia, who -- no surprise - hire people like them - Stale and semi-competent senior level management in EU, a "la famiglia" that have been with the company for decades and have no idea about the real IT world and the dynamics of the US IT world - Hard to figure where the company wants to go after so much high turnover at the executive level, aggravated by almost constant re-organizations - Antiquated technology, no appetite for risk, while struggling to adopt cloud and Agile - Low base salary, eroding benefits, lower and lower bonuses, and almost no annual raises - Noisy open space office with people that do not respect the privacy of their colleagues

Very hard to get promotion to a higher level

Pay is good, but not great

Processes are a bit bureaucratic.

Bad management, and not really treat employee as company asset.

The reviews of the past have always complained about the poor quality of line managers. This year, thanks to the “Agile transformation”, this camaraderie of incompetents have managed to pull themselves to higher levels of management and are driving out the talented few who are left.

1. Lack of career growth, little room for promotion 2. Increment and Bonus is terrible , and sometimes not get any even you always on top. Make sure your salary is sufficient before you join. 3. Not appreciate people. They more believe on person who able to talk rather than work. 4. Micromanagement

The micro-management in this company is the worse: Use Sales-force to keep monitoring employees update works or not. Only care for results by numbers not quality.

A bit slow, bureaucratic sometimes. Slowly changing

Pay is average and good

If you want to learn the latest technologies, SWIFT is not really for you. A lot of teams are still using ancient technologies. Salary and benefits are quite mediocre, considering people in HQ/Belgium have so much more benefits compared to their KL peeps. KL office grows too fast that its culture becomes more and more corporate and rigid. A lot of people complained about their managers, especially those in Finance & Business. Too much politics and bad management. People in IT are slightly better.

Salary is not competitive compared to other orgs in the industry, benefits make up for it though Management is not great You’ll be on the same level for decades HR won’t have your back when it comes to conflicts with your manager. Highly political environment They promote good work-life balance but there are instances that people get in trouble/ were let go after short term wellness leave

Hard to climb the ladder for younger folks

Promotions and increment is quite low especially since the new CEO took the mantle.

Some kind of micro manage

I have no cons. It was a good place to work

Sometimes there is some difficult red-tape, but that is with many established companies. SWIFT is a non-profit global co-operative, and this impacts in a major way the company's organisation from the board appointees to C-Level execs. This is a good thing, but it does lead to frequent organisational changes which are sometimes tough or disruptive. But SWIFT does put people first and there is good job security so these can be overcome.

* Working culture is so bad * In SOC people are with zero cyber security knowledge * Never able to handle serious situation comes in * There is no diversity in Team * management ask for suggestion but never agree with it, used their own tactics on imagination * Anyone can enter Cyber Security field if the person internal SWIFT employee and from any field, dont know what is the logic behind it * Very Selfish culture of management * You never get appriciated * You never respected as a Senior or Experienced person, management used their mind tactics * All the greatest experinced people left last year in 2019 due to management decisions

I don’t see any cons

Not so innovative business environment

They really discourage overwork. So don’t expect any OT. A bit slow career progression. But can jump internally for promotion.

Agile maturity varies across squads, leading to inconsistencies in implementation. Some resistance to change from middle management slows down transformation. Expectations on job scope and role becomes vague across different departments. Limited clarity on long-term agile strategy and vision.

Salary could not compete with market standard

Office Politics is out of line, could be felt running undercurrent, undermines everything positive about working there…

Manager quit so Co-workers were acting they're managers...bullying and talking down to other co-worker, toxic working environment and managers didn't care after you report the issues, don't care about employees. Employees discriminated Contractors, etc. NOT a good place to work for long term.
