Nothing to complain about , peaceful environment.

Being an education institution, salaries are not the best compared to corporate, however it is one of the best within the industry. Being a big organisation, there appears to be plenty of red tape and approval processes can be tiring and long.

Need further improvement in management level

New leadership; faculty and school level managers need to learn to treat each other with respect and be good team players.

Some topics taught might require further self study to grasp concepts

Salary on the lower side, upper management sometimes didnt under lower staffs, just thinking about their KPI only

Low salary Stressful colleagues who just like to rush for no reason
