As an overall, the team I was in was great. The position was a good learning opportunity for me to expand on my facilitation and training skills. Personally, I found the pay structure to be fair, compared to other players within the education industry.
This is purely an operational role (e.g., doing the thing), and as such, there may be a plateau in terms of learning after some time of doing this. However, this may be fitting for those who are passionate about this role and/ or sees this as a stepping stone in developing certain skillsets for the next thing.
