Anonymous employee
Great place with friendly people.
Not really any I experienced.
Laboratory manager
Great organization to work in with excellent culture!
Career path is quite stagnant for non academic positions.
Working student
- Rich extracurricular activities, the more you expose the more network you gain - Wide connection with reputable company, increasing employment preference - Diverse and open student community - Campus is constantly maintained and renovated
- Academic wise (CS context) syllabus is very lacking to meet the current employment market requirement, has to catch up your own
Programmer director
They provide a very competitive employee package for academicians.
The working environment is rather messy and demanding.
Lecturer
It is challenging however unlike public unis there is no one stopping employees from advancing in their career or research if they want to. If you love to work hard and advance the door is open for you they are quite encouraging actually.
Maybe a little bit more incentives for high achieving academics would be nice.
Project manager
Good environment and great working culture
Low salary and people rely on appraisal for salary increament
Senior lecturer
Plenty of opportunity to grow and learn best practices in the academia field Good Facilities Good Salary
Too many new initiatives, so to work here , you need to have good time management.
Reputed university; international opportunity; relatively well-paid
hierachy; obsessed with titles, tedious paperwork; tooprofit-driven, prioritizing on quantity, number, and formality;
Credit control
Good pay and staff benefit
Lack of work life balance
Business development executive
Opportunities to develop and grow
There's too much office politics
