Working culture can be toxic depending on your co-workers. Might have to take on additional responsibilities due to lack on manpower

Quality of certain lecturers could be better
1. Great teamwork among the team 2. Good working environnent 3. Managers are supportive of you if you have process improvement plans to improve your work
1. Salary is abit on a lower side and the management hire new people with higher salaries which ignore internal equity. This could demoralize the current employees.
