1. Annual leave entitlement is among the best in the market. 2. Supportive and collaborative colleagues make the work environment enjoyable. 3. Work-life balance is quite reasonable, especially in a Facilities Management role. 4. A great place to gain hands-on experience and grow your industry knowledge. 5. Good performance is recognised – if you deliver results, promotions do come. 6. When it's time to celebrate, they really know how to throw a party! 7. During peak periods, things can get intense – but when it's downtime, you genuinely get to relax.
1. There is some level of micromanagement, though it’s relatively moderate compared to other companies I’ve worked with. 2. Limited level of authority (LOA) for lower-level managers – most decisions are centralised at top management with only some flexibility granted to middle management. 3. Minor issues can occasionally escalate into "crisis mode," so be prepared to manage unexpected urgency from time to time. 4. Office politics do exist, but it’s manageable – learning to navigate it is part of growing within the organisation.
