Some toxic employees and the focus on the quality of teaching is decreasing
Fair perks provided to all staff.
Inadequate staffing resources die to rapid continuous improvement changes.
Flexible time and friendly colleagues
Class until 6pm and traffic really bad

The workload is fair, and it is quite a low-stress job overall. The pay isn't amazing but equivalent to the effort required for the job. Benefits are good in terms of medical and leave.
Limited career advancement and salary progression. The path to getting a promotion is very unclear and seems limited to a vacancy being available.

Teachers bear a heavy responsibility whenever students' results are below desirable level, irregardless of reasons which are out of the teachers' control (such as students give up himself, students do not care about own achievement)
