Class until 6pm and traffic really bad

Prolong working hours or overtime

Limited time hours of teaching so salary won’t be high

Teachers bear a heavy responsibility whenever students' results are below desirable level, irregardless of reasons which are out of the teachers' control (such as students give up himself, students do not care about own achievement)

The teaching loads are very heavy
