Totally different direction now. Research centric. Massive change on the programme structure and teaching method. Only hiring people with PhDs and kinda force the non PhDs to start PhD ASAP or else find other jobs. Upper management rushing into major changes just to chase ranking as no 1 private uni and no 1 in everything!
