Focus KPI STRESSFUL work environment

very fast moving working phase

workload is high, many expectations out of scope of work

Dealing with education, you may think it's boring but it really keeps you on your toes to market the different programmes out there

Too many levels of hierarchy make the instructions confusing at times and some departments may be more favourable when requesting for new hire. Not much opportunity for career advancement.

Marketing Department- in dire need of new leadership. No focus and no direction. Sufficient number of employees, however with the current method of operations, they seem to be spending excessive hours redoing mindless work. No great ideas and no creativity.

No cons I can think of.

There were not a lot of job oppurtunities

Heavy work load and challenging.
