work life balance, only busy during the exam period, the school will support the staff for most of the site visit event, overseas tour and etc. of course for education purpose.

Taylor's has a big campus

The only advantage of being Taylor's employee is the brand name. But I am very sure Taylor's College brand name reputation has declined over the recent years due to their lecturers with poor attitudes towards teaching.

They provide a very competitive employee package for academicians.

It is challenging however unlike public unis there is no one stopping employees from advancing in their career or research if they want to. If you love to work hard and advance the door is open for you they are quite encouraging actually.
