Competitive pay, clean working environment.
No benefits at all. Delays payment (maximum up to 3 months), poor moral support group, poor management in students' welfare, lack of resources for postgraduate students
Be exposed to different tasks and have a great working environment
no cons working for Taylor's Education Group
Provide highest annual leave in same industry.
Senior Management doesn't seem to be proactive in leading teams member in solving issue. Hard to get promotion.

Good pay, some bosses are friendly.
Their real focus is money. Which is no surprise since its a private institution. However it comes at the cost of real care towards the spirit of education.
