Customer service representative
Flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow
High call volume and repetitive work
Hr business partner
Decent pay and no formal ratings.
Purely subjective comp planning and promotion decisions. Mean girl style leaders who don’t walk the talk. Shocking who gets promoted and who doesn’t.

Overall a good company to work for if you work on the right team. I work in a good organization that takes care of their people. Overall company culture is good and they seem to care for their staff. Really cautious about the employee opinion about back to office, and the employee view of the company, a lot have companies haven't been so considerate. They think a lot about diversity and inclusion here. Good work-life balance.
You will likely need a competitive offer from another company to get a decent pay rate. I have also gotten some poor bonus here in the past, and that wasn't because of my performance. The organization can be siloed, very corporate and people protect their areas, would be great if they could have a bit more of a inter-team collaborative culture. Don't tend to develop people to move up the career ladder unless you are in a leadership program.
