Will pigeonhole your skill set in customer service and expect you to be ok working till 1 am even though in your original contract the avail hours were till 11pm before the merger and remote work.

Work is little hectic on my project

Cons are not related to the company but rather the people. The organization is so large that there are pockets with employees who are underqualified for their role IMO

Lots of changes and a bit unorganized

I spent a year at Cigna on the digital platform team, contributing to both React Native and React web projects. The environment was very chaotic, with low-quality code and a lack of skill among many developers. There seemed to be a general indifference to these issues. No real PR reviews.
