Working for a large company, working virtually it can often be challenging establishing relationships between colleagues.
Strong leadership in certain areas - and they understand other areas struggle; excellent compensation; positive environment.
Old tech and processes lead to inefficiency (and layoffs).

The job overall was wonderful.
The training was 5/10 and the overall management was horrible. They will micromanage you till the end

There was not a lot of room for advancement in the department. I felt stuck in the same position for a long time.
People are great to work with.
Leadership lacks the vision it used to have.
PTO, they barely have customers so it’s slow all day.
Every day it’s an issue. The supervisors lack the basic knowledge of the job. They play favorites. There’s definitely racism amongst the team with management. Worst company to work for. Nothing is ever fixed. Supervisors don’t do what they say and are just cowards.
They care about a balance of work and family
