Lack of transparency of goals from top of leadership to all areas of the organization. Spent entirety of 2 years waiting for someone to decide which direction our team was going and what our focus would be. Often our team had to determine what seemed to be a good direction for continuous improvement of operations and reduce costs for production oriented teams.

Occasionally easy to feel like a cog in the machine rather than a person.

No work life balance Too much micro manage

Pay could be a little more

I'll just say this. The team I'm on recently got a new manager, and I'm now looking for a new job.

Pretty much everything is a con. Worst is knowing you are working for a criminal, morally bankrupt company that denies medical claims of pediatric oncology patients.

Large corporation sometimes difficult to navigate opportunities

Several recent silent layoffs across the company

Basic salary, IT support isn't good enough
