Terrible system for raises and bonuses. You will have to leave the company to get a major pay raise and then come back to company in a year or two. I know multiple people who have done this.

The ability to work completely remote, flexibility with work schedules and great pay scales.
The company is going through a restructure/rebuild which causes alot loop holes in communication. Training is not efficient. The benefits are decent but should be better. There is a lack of professionalism across the claims department and work loads are distributed via spreadsheet.(outdated)
