The company really doesnt care for you and will try to make you quit before they lay you off
Most dept. don’t require you to work weekends and HOLIDAYS are normally volunteers ONLY. Management has always been available. VACATION TIME is given as you accrue it. Attendance policy not bad. Starting pay was low $38k but was base off exp. Which I didn’t have. Gives an annual BONUS. Overall I like the company so far.
Starting pay could be higher, and HEALTHCARE benefit plans is pricey.
