Could be a better organization of work

Not a good environment to work for

Low salary, heavy workload, daily timesheet

- No onboarding - No efficient trainings - workload is too high - No private life/work life balance - the seniors/supervisors of the Belgian payroll team often bully more junior staff - the payroll software used is not really efficient/ up-to-date and it is really slow. - They are regularly data breaches - Criticize people who decide to resign by saying they were not good enough instead of reconsidering they bad behaviors - Very toxic work culture - Say to people that they are going to get a promotion but never give it. It works by cronyism. - Send surveys to the staff every 3 months but never apply the advises given to improve the work conditions. - Pressure and turn-over is high - Promote local expertise, which is less and less true... - Very bad management - No real collaboration Don't apply, unless you need desperatly this experience to get a beter job right after that.

Not really flexible in terms of working arrangement

Lack of integrity across leadership including bullying, sexist behaviour, lack of transparency in decision-making, short-term thinking. People are dispensable at all levels

High workload, pay can be improved

Inconsistent approach and disorganised on business approach

After being with TMF for over 7 years it is hard to see how company is going down. Lots of fake reviews added to Glassdoor recently bumping company rating from 2.7 to 3.5 at the time, when 3 latest internal engagement surveys has shown lowest rating ever, far behind market average and all the competitors. Company values exist only on screen savers. My advice to you who are: 1. Looking for a job here - only join entry level positions for some practice/education and move on to other place. 2. Potential client - look for other service provider. 3. Existing clients - better review your deliverables, with enormous staff turnover SLAs are often not met. Escalate major issues to regional management/exco, local management used to lie a lot. Search for new provider.

HR super slow HR dont really entertain you when you ask them questions, sometimes their answer doesn’t even answers your question. It’s come to a point that I am very frustrated with the HR

Time sheet system to bill the clients

not a good company to join. Dirty politics and people are laid off randomly at all levels irrespective of performance, salary, job requirement. Its totally ad hoc .

Can reward and bonus for more employees by cash. Limitation of meeting rooms, workspace & monitors. A lot of duplicate meetings at times. New system training which consumes time to do operational task which is end of the day is the KPI. Short of headcounts in some of the countries & team. Delay in hiring due to inefficient TA team. Imbalance task allocation in some teams. Delay in claims from HR on health metrix. Limitation of technology & support team to improve process.Lack of IT support.

Not so many opportunities for advancement

Salaries and benefits are somehow unreasonable. There were some department which has no work life balance.

Lot of pressure on revenue targets and deliverables without much assistance to meet objectives

Rarely give bonus though it’s company discretion.

Nothing special about the increment rate and benefits

Sometimes the organization is not very structured and there is lack of support

Micro-management. No bonus or promotions regardless how hard you worked for the company.

Peak season is December - March

Workload is high, and internal processes are kind of rigid.

Emotional manager with poor communication skill and unfair WFH schedule in the pandemic. Manager doesn’t not expect you to leave before her. The female manager always treat the male colleagues better.

Nothing all are good in theses company

Not a good company for promotions and salary increasement. Too many duties, but no real motivation.
