Certain of our processes are very administrative and could be improved. There is sometimes too much focus on that. There is a lot of Learning by doing and that can be challenging sometimes! You need to be pro active and like multi tasking.

Nothing is pros about this company.
Firstly they've worst hiring team and hiring process, for joining they didn't follow-up well and suddenly one day the ask for joining without any call. Then didn't extend the probation and when asked for reason they didn't provide clear answer and said "There is no point to stretch the meeting because decision have been made", they leave everything thing clueless. Worst management experience ever, after joining no management will give you the clear picture of work they will leave candidate on their own.
