Extremely poor management, incompetent managers with zero communication skills, very rude managers who expect you to read their minds. Zero training provided and no teamwork. No structure in place.

Worst personnel policies, work is not well paid

Unfair and abuse management at all levels. Proven cases of bullying.

They pay less than average

Bonus pool should be increased to lower level position as well

Lack of above par remuneration incentive Long hours Unorganised and lack of processes

- a lot of the same - boring - not a lot of communication

low level management, a lot of overtime, low paying job, low retention rate

Bad remuneration package and the lower level staffs are unlikely to enjoy bonuses
