Good colleagues and office location is good.
1. Staff’s turnover rate high 2. No room for promotion and growth. Only get to promotion when you’re good relationship with HOD. 3. No bonus. Even got bonus only for higher level management. 4. Cutting down staff’s benefits 5. Increment is little. But workload is voluminous. 6. No respond from manager when you highlighted hundred times of changing portfolios.
