Not everyone came to office

Very large multinational organisation, a lot of decision made at higher levels

No clear processes and zero work life balance. No progress for employees.

Mountain load of work for an individual. Work life balance is impacted.

Heavy workload and need always Overtime

no overtime pay when you need to work for overtime everyday

Deadline driven and could be hard to negotiate an increase.

Nothing that I have experience yet

Most of it, work is not valued and most of the most capable employees leave within 2 years. The salary increases are a joke and there are no bonus. They save money in the wrong places.

The company need to improve more on acknowledging employees effort for all levels in giving promotion and bonus

From time to time, overtime work is nessesary.

Blame and ridicule culture to the point of bullying. Lack of empathy. Whenever staff asked the managers for guidance, they turn to challenge the staff as if the staff is a student. Managers form groups, if they like each other, they will help the staff from the other team. If they don’t like each other, nothing you can do but just wait until your manager is back. No personal approach. Evaluation is only one way communication.

Never care employees. Pay is 20-30% below market but management expect same workloads. Dismiss competent staff while promote incompetent close friend.

Need to employer further personnel to even workload.

Job security is a concern, Authoritative management makes you fear for every aspect, the Beginning of every year there is a list of people being fired in the name of strategy.

Long hours, having to work on leave days

Management can be more active

Sometimes people talk in different languages during meeting

KPI Bonuses are not entitled for preparer levels and below

fast moving and various organizational changes

management process is a little slow

Clearer risk appetite and vision for compliance matters.

Not well organised management People are not teached soft skills and therefore not good communication. Due to not good management people are let go based on opinions of others People not treated equally It depends from the team supervisor manager you have and you might be lucky If not a good manager they don't appreciate you but it works by taking side of each other when they are clicks between them. Not supportive and not training you to grow but poor people management

Slow moving organisation that doesn't actualise its perceived investment in employees.

junior legal officer, legal officer do not receive a bonus low salaries compared to competitors

Overtime work is very usual and the there is no payment for the overtime worked.

Teams are unorganized and have miscommunication

Certain of our processes are very administrative and could be improved. There is sometimes too much focus on that. There is a lot of Learning by doing and that can be challenging sometimes! You need to be pro active and like multi tasking.

long working hours and lack of work-life balance

Firstly they've worst hiring team and hiring process, for joining they didn't follow-up well and suddenly one day the ask for joining without any call. Then didn't extend the probation and when asked for reason they didn't provide clear answer and said "There is no point to stretch the meeting because decision have been made", they leave everything thing clueless. Worst management experience ever, after joining no management will give you the clear picture of work they will leave candidate on their own.

High staff turnover rate, difficult to keep junior staff.
