Cdd officer
My colleague was nice, the salaries for new comers are pretty high and the benefits are okay.
- no onboarding protocol, when I came there, no one would take care of me, there was no procedure what to do with me, I asked my manager but she told me to talk to my colleague who didn't even know that she was supposed to introduce me to the company and the procedures - the manager (specially mine) asked me to perform silly tasks such as renaming the documents for 3 months and when I asked her to do more she told me that I do the job of an assistant not an officer so I got laid off - my colleagues who worked their butts off and worked for couple of years never got any raise even when they asked, they got told that they do not perform their job well and "again" perform as an assistant not an officer - no communication what's so ever - after 3 months I still do not know how the teams perform or who is who in the team, because no one would explain even when I asked my managers - the whole onboarding etc is so messy, no one's explaining what is what - the worst of all is that the CDD that I was there to perform is not diligent enough, the company may have trouble ahead if no one does more to perform it at the right level - there's no specifics of who does what (manager would send the screenshot from the job offering), at the end in my team the manager would do the officer's job and the officer would do the assistant's work for whatever reason
Operation staff
Corporative environment and nice offices
Hard to see a raise
Associate- company secretary
Employees benefits quite good- can claim for medical, sport equipment, dental and others
Overload workload and endless OT (without OT fee- can claim OT, but the whole process too complicated)
Manager
WFH was great and that's about it
Used to be a great company but the recent leadership changes were bad. Poor leaders promoted - Toxic Leadership, No Bonus, and increments are biased toward certain individuals. Core Values are there but the Leaders do not practice it, unfortunately.
Team leader
Continuation of remote working after pandemic Cross functional team training People engagement
Salary can be upgrade to be competitive with the same industry
Company secretary
There's literally no benefits for working here.
Right from managers to colleagues all are toxic. They never learn local language instead they expect everyone to speak Hindi, and mock you if you don't speak in team meetings.
Client account manager
Great work exposure and team
Unmanageable workload with unrealistic timelines
Senior executive
Good Company to work…, Nice work culture
Do not have transportation facilities
Hr generalist
People are great, culturally fun place to work. Remote work is a plus and a recommendation which is great
Salaries can be higher but they always can be higher.
Senior legal counsel
Excellent environment where you can grow and learn many different skills, both legal and accounting related.
Not a lot, perhaps a bit too burocratic sometimes
