At the same time, participation in the company's extracurricular activities is also emphasized here. For some people, the above requirements may not be suitable) - They mainly employ people who have Law background. Still, because the jobs revolve around Business Licensing and TMF is not a law firm. Therefore, the jobs are not focus exclusively on legal advisory and you might not be allowed to give legal advices. If you intend to become a lawyer or do legal consulting activities, working here long term may limit your opportunities if you want to switch to law firms.

The company is quite tight when it comes to annual bonus and a majority of people do not receive these

Awful working environment, it's normal to be rude to people, dismiss their opinion and pressure others into doing something just because management said so. No one ever tries to bring at least some sort of 'vision' or 'goals', it's all decided between several people and then cascaded down as orders. Work life balance is non existent. And there even were no performance reviews or goal setting on a per employee basis (at least in my team) - simply because no one cares about this, they just want you to follow their orders and your personal progression is not in anyone's interest.

No career opportunities. Flat company.

All the growing pains come together with many learnings and fast adaptions. Nothing to complain about
