HR is going downhill which is a shame which is why I left. There used to be so much more training to help people develop including a potential leader course which have all now stopped, making people leave. Culture in teams is good but 1 tmf isn’t real. It doesn’t live.

Toxic environment Your work is compare with others and growth is restricted If you are pregnant, they will unnecessary discourage you by restricting your growth because you will be eligible for maternity benefits. Mentality is poor No exit interview was taken

High workload with many global layers.

Very high turnover , no bonus pay-out, promises after promises only few people get paid for bonus. So if you work hard as well you wouldn't get paid. HR function always on the business side. No matter how much you have done for the business people wont notice or appreciate. A lot of blame culture in this company! Poor diversity, very obvious example Cosec dept in kl the HOD don't drive diversity and inclusion agenda .

Holiday entitlement, no progression, poor management

At times, many procedures and lack of ownership

Promoting the employee side its not that good

Hire and fire.. good for those who can influence thier direct managers.

Sr managers has no skills except constantly talking

Sometimes too corporate to get simple things done.

Top management oblivious to high workload. Inequality of treatment amongst staff No recognition for hard working staff/acheivements. Processes are inefficient

Very interesting place to work but requires discipline and professional attitude to be successful

Need to work on salary amendments

- Helicoptered incompetent and inexperienced executives from overseas that do not adapt to Australian culture. Long working hours is expected and promoted. - Obedience to authority supporter. Decision-making power is held in fewer favorites’ hands. Employee are scared to speak up, because you will get into trouble or even loss the job tomorrow. - Unfair rewarding system. High performance employees are not rewarded. The bluffing and favorite ones are. - Full of politics. It’s very important who you are close with, and even where you sit. - Very high staff turnover. Capable people cannot survive here.

As a regional/global role, hours can be quite long stretching across the globe

With the high turnover, competent staffs are always taken for granted to do extra work. Leaders are incompetent, biased, and cultivate blame culture.

Very limited exposure and long internal process.

Low increment No bonus for associate & senior associate

Very low salary, a huge turnover, you will do a job of 3 people for the salary of one, very low changes of raise

Limited areas of activity, dependence on the customer's wills

Low increment per year, could be only 1 - 3% increment per year

There are no cons great company

Expensive solutions (30% over similar competitors), some service lines in some countries provide poor support to sellers and don´t cosell or co work to develop business.

salary increment is little, but very good for stableness.

Limited onboarding so you own reaching out and learning about the new roles

More difficult to grow if not Dutch. No additional benefits, overtime not paid, constant understaffing as concious business strategy, incompetent local management, lack of vision, to much interference from PE side, low quality service delivery, inconsistent culture / identity.

There are no cons as such

High turn over, benefits not much.

Not an easy work. A very fast pacing environment. Can be intense.
