Inconsistent approach and disorganised on business approach

After being with TMF for over 7 years it is hard to see how company is going down. Lots of fake reviews added to Glassdoor recently bumping company rating from 2.7 to 3.5 at the time, when 3 latest internal engagement surveys has shown lowest rating ever, far behind market average and all the competitors. Company values exist only on screen savers. My advice to you who are: 1. Looking for a job here - only join entry level positions for some practice/education and move on to other place. 2. Potential client - look for other service provider. 3. Existing clients - better review your deliverables, with enormous staff turnover SLAs are often not met. Escalate major issues to regional management/exco, local management used to lie a lot. Search for new provider.
