some of the exmployees are experienced and easy to work with
low salary. middle manager focuses only on short term chargibility. lack of growth opportunity. there is no formal trianing to guide you through, hard to find the policy. unorganized project. management gives a lot of pressure on deadline and chargibility, you rarely feel that they really want to support the employees from a long run. lots of young talents leaving. short-sighted as a firm.
