Some colleagues were pleasant to work with.
High staff turnover exists for a reason. Management can become very disrespectful and unprofessional when it suits them. Sometimes this bordered on bullying. Salaries are poor. Compensation and bonuses poorly structured and disincentivising. Questionable management decisions. Some colleagues are rewarded with promotions because of high staff turnover. Some are simply not up to the job. Far too much emphasis on office politics than working as a team to get tasks done. Scapegoating is a real issue for some management.

I feel like I'd perform better if I was given a complete step by step training or guide. At the moment, I feel like I am walking in the dark with a help of candle. Afraid to take a next step as I might fall.
