MNC clients, multidisciplinary, MNC company.
Taking employees for granted, out right liars right from HRs, Directors, Managers, etc. They make mistakes and find people to drop it upon. Exodus of employees leaving, no hikes or bonus every other year. Not honouring their promises, biased basis gender. Worst work life balance and leave policy.

Not a lot of work
Nobody knows what they are doing, the worst place to start a career, I reported my Indian boss for harassment and HR fired me, saying it was either me or him. I was on medical leave when they called me to tell me imagine! Told me to sign nda if I wanted my 2 weeks in lieu and when I refused they didn't pay me.

I had a great manager who's really compassionate and understanding. Colleagues were also willing to help out. Many benefits including insurance, wellness benefit, medical benefit, flexible job (wfh). We also had an annual dinner recently (heard some big firm didn't organise it this year).
Didn't receive any pay increment so far and considering this is a MNC, salary seems to be on the slightly lower end. Career advancement seems difficult as there's very few senior posts available - definitely takes time to climb the ladder.
