This company has many positive reviews, but there are also negative ones. Were those negative comments deleted under threat? Honestly, this company feels chaotic to me, with serious shortcomings in evaluation and management. Not only is the management lacking, but they also refuse to accept public criticism. As the CEO of a company, you haven’t even learned the most basic respect. You completely lack the demeanor of a CEO. What needs to be done isn’t done, and what shouldn’t be done is pursued instead. Even those so-called top talents and close friends personally brought into the company behave the same way—arrogant and self-righteous! Sorry, but without your subordinates, a company is nothing! Stop turning your priorities upside down. If you have time, go to the frontlines and endure some hardships alongside your employees. Then, you’ll naturally understand their struggles. It’s pitiful that some people, who genuinely work hard to earn a living, are devalued and rendered worthless by these so-called "top talents." Worse still, they even have their positions arbitrarily changed. This kind of management is truly disheartening
