I have had the privilege of being a part of the Troopers family, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. From day one, I've been welcomed into a warm and inclusive environment that fosters both personal and professional growth. One of the standout aspects of the company is its commitment to employee development. Not only the company has driven many initiatives, such as social gatherings on Fridays, dinner events with the CEO/leadership team, and company trips across the region (which I hope i would be able to participate in future), the company truly invests in its employees, offering a range of hands on job opportunities. I've had the chance to enhance my skills, take on new challenges, and advance in my career, all thanks to the continuous learning culture that is in the organization. Flexibility is provided in most aspects of work, including opportunities to grow outside of your current day-to-day as well. The collaborative spirit at Troopers is truly refreshing. Cross-functional teams work seamlessly together, fostering innovation and creativity. The open communication channels make it easy to share ideas and contribute to projects, irrespective of one's position within the company. Despite disagreements that may happen, this ensures that all opinions across the levels in the company is heard; prior to my first day of joining, one of the managers have mentioned to me before that there is no such thing as silly question, and until the day i left, this has been held very strongly and true. Moreover, the leadership team is exceptional. As they may not be perfect, one of the greatest things that I appreciate within the company is that they are approachable, transparent, and genuinely value the input of every employee. The company's vision and mission are evident in the way decisions are made and the operations within the organization as well. Despite the fact that expectations are high and they may not be available in office due to their constant busy schedules, they are always willing to find time, teach, guide, and provide inputs in areas where they would want you to learn and grow in your career. In conclusion, my journey at Troopers has been incredibly fulfilling. I am proud to be a part of this organization that fosters growth, positivity, and camaraderie. Not only have i kept in touch with the people there, I do believe that the relationships fostered are the ones that would be kept a very, very long time.
